Olyvune is operated by Dries Vangeffelen, trading as Olyvune, Belgian enterprise number 1026.648.097 and VAT number BE1026648097, Sportpleinstraat 48, 3800 Zepperen, Belgium. Contact us at hello@olyvune.com or +32 485 49 98 50. Olyvune is the seller and your contact for orders, delivery, returns and complaints.

Our store is currently under construction and is not accepting orders. The purchase provisions below apply when ordering becomes available.

Products
Product pages identify the brand, selected variant, contents and relevant care instructions. We sell original branded products. Please check the product description and your selection before ordering. Photographs illustrate products; your statutory rights concerning goods matching their description remain unaffected.

Prices and payment
Prices state the applicable currency. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other compulsory costs are disclosed before you place a binding order. We will identify any import charges not collected at checkout before purchase. Payments use the payment methods displayed at our Shopify checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges.

Orders
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before submitting it. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic receipt only acknowledges that we received it. We accept an order only through an explicit acceptance confirmation. If we cannot supply an item or identify a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you. We will refund any payment for an order we do not accept.

Delivery
Available destinations, shipping costs and delivery information are provided before purchase. We do not promise stock availability or delivery speeds that have not been confirmed. If a delivery problem arises, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedies required by law. Using a supplier or carrier does not remove our responsibilities as seller.

Returns and conformity
Our Return and Refund Policy explains withdrawal, return costs and refunds: Return and Refund Policy. EU consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of withdrawal, subject only to applicable legal exceptions. This does not restrict rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

Goods must conform to the contract. EU consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of at least two years. Depending on the legal conditions, remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Please contact Olyvune with any issue; a manufacturer's warranty does not replace these rights.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits mandatory consumer protections, including applicable protections in your country of residence or access to competent courts. Updated terms apply to future orders only; the terms applicable when an order is placed remain available on request.
